Dancing will keep you asking for more and more!
Happy Canada Day! It’s a small world when you run across your grade school sweet heart after some 40+ years on the internet. Wow, Evelyn still recalled that first innocent kiss on the cheek and using her easy bake light bulb oven to make me silly puddy tarts. Well I have always believed we meet up with people again for a reason and it wasn’t till I looked up what them gooey tarts were made of. 65% Dimethyl Siloxane, 17% Silica, 4% Polydimethylsiloxane, 9% Thixotrol ST, 1% Decamethyl Cyclopentasiloxane, 1% Glycerine and 1% Titanium Dioxide. Ok, no hard feelings, as if it was worthy of accompanying the Apollo 8 Astronauts into space for testing, it was good enough for my stomach back then. Moving into my July 2 2011 show we got underway with Donna Summers “on the radio,” Empress “take me along,” Millie Scotts “love me right,” and Jesse Johnson's “lets have some fun.” This weeks featured 12” spins were Levine Hudson’s “intervention,” Will Kings “backed up against the wall,” and Cargo with Dave Collins “tender touch.” To all the fans which tuned in from Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Vancouver to celebrate Canada Day with us, we spun Jeff Lorbers “private passion,” Donald Byrds “love has come around,” Shannons “prove me right,” and The Lighthouse Family with “loving every minute”. Lastly we dedicated a track by Future Now singing “space games” to Evelyn. I hope you have since changed your tart recipe. Many thanks for popping by folks! See you all next time. Requests to studio
